Amaloca is an Asian fusion restaurant located in the heart of Vila de Gracia, very close to the Plaza del Sol. Amaloca has everything parents would want or need when dining with their kids: it is very spacious, ideal for strollers, highchairs, a changing table and kids’ corner with several toys to keep the little ones entertained while mummy and daddy can finish off their food without rushing off. Although, this restaurant is extremely child friendly, it is also great to just meet here with some friends while the kids are tucked in bed.

2. Family Room Café
Family Room Cafe is one of our favorite places to eat or have a of nice cup of coffee or even a drink in the evening (open till 12:00am Thur-Sat) with your kids at the Corts. Mar and Jorge, the founders behind the cafe wanted to create a space for all members of the family, a place where we can feel at home. I must say: they have definitely succeeded! An added plus is their healthy and organic food, which makes the stay somewhat more enjoyable.

L’Atelier café and patisserie is located in the heart of Poblenou. Here you will find a two-storey space, catered for families (kids’ play areas, space for strollers and changing table) that enjoy tailor-made homemade cakes and pastries in its purest and most creative form. The founders Miguel and Sandra say that their cafe is a true reflection of their eccentricity in the kitchen: always alive, always changing, where theater nights, bakery workshops, yoga sessions, expos … coexist in an ordered chaos.
